What can I expect in therapy?

The first session is about getting to know you: what has been hard, what is going well, and what brings you to therapy now. Most people start with weekly sessions, then adjust as they progress. How long therapy lasts depends on your goals. See what to expect.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes. What you share in therapy stays private, except where the law requires disclosure or you give consent. Your therapist reviews this with you at the start.
