Therapy for Stress, Anxiety & Life Transitions

Bilingual Therapist – English & Spanish

If you’re feeling anxious, emotionally stuck, or unsure how to navigate the next phase of your life, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself. As a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide culturally responsive, emotionally grounded support for individuals navigating transitions—whether that’s adulthood, identity shifts, relationship challenges, or something harder to name.

I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, and bring over a decade of experience in mental health care, including school-based services, community organizations, and family systems. My approach is person-centered and strength-based, helping you build insight, self-trust, and tools for real-world stress.

I also support clients navigating relational stress—whether in romantic partnerships, friendships, or family roles—and offer a spiritually-attuned lens when that feels meaningful. For those who are parents or caregivers, I bring lived experience into the room. I understand how layered postpartum and parenting stress can be—and how little space there is to process it.

Therapy with me is a place to feel heard, supported, and grounded. I work with clients across California through virtual sessions and currently accept private pay and Medi-Cal (LA Care and Gold Coast Health Plan).

Let’s work together.
