About Marlin Quintanilla, AMFT
Therapy for Stress, Anxiety & Life Transitions
Bilingual Therapist – English & Spanish
Life transitions can be disorienting, and sometimes the hardest part is finding language for what you're going through. As a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I offer culturally responsive, direct therapy for individuals and couples navigating some of life's most complex chapters.
My work spans a range of experiences: life transitions, identity shifts, relationship stress, and family dynamics. I also work with clients navigating infertility, assisted reproduction, and the emotional weight that often comes with those journeys. I work with LGBTQ+ clients and am affirming of all identities, relationship structures, and paths to family building.
I bring a person-centered, strength-based approach and over a decade of mental health experience across school-based, community, and family systems settings. For clients who are parents or caregivers, I understand how layered postpartum and parenting stress can be, and how rarely there's space to process it. I offer a spiritually-attuned lens when that feels relevant.
I provide therapy in both English and Spanish. For Spanish-speaking clients, I offer a space where you don't have to translate yourself. I see clients virtually throughout California and currently accept private pay and Medi-Cal (LA Care and Gold Coast Health Plan).
Let’s work together.
