About Gina Rose, AMFT

Support for professionals, parents & people in flux

Hi, I'm Gina. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely safe and seen, not managed. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, burnout, a major life transition, or something harder to name, I offer a direct, collaborative space to work through it.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in the corporate world. I understand the pressure of high-performance environments, the toll of over-functioning, and the kind of overwhelm that rarely gets acknowledged. I also bring lived experience as a mother, and know how layered it can be to hold space for others while trying to stay connected to yourself.

I work with individuals and couples navigating a wide range of experiences, including infertility, IVF, and the emotional complexity of third-party reproduction. These journeys can be isolating, and I offer a space where that weight is taken seriously. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, and I welcome clients across all identities, partnerships, and family structures.

As a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I draw from trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches while holding a holistic view of the whole person. I work with adults, couples, teens, and families across California, with particular focus on mood disorders, high-functioning anxiety and depression, life role transitions, and caregiving stress.

I offer virtual therapy and accept private pay and Medi-Cal (LA Care and Gold Coast Health Plan).

Let’s work together.
