About Gina Rose, AMFT
Support for professionals, parents & people in flux
Hi, I’m Gina. I believe therapy can be a space where realignment happens—where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, burnout, or a life transition that’s left you feeling untethered, I offer a grounded, compassionate space to work through it.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working in the corporate world. I understand firsthand the pressure of high-performance environments, the emotional toll of over-functioning, and the quiet overwhelm that often goes unseen. I also bring lived experience as a mother, and know how complex it can be to hold space for others while trying to stay connected to yourself.
As a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I work from a trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens. My style is gentle, collaborative, and curious—rooted in the belief that therapy works best when you feel emotionally safe and truly seen. I draw from evidence-based approaches while holding a holistic view of healing that considers the whole person—not just a diagnosis.
I work with adults, couples, teens, and families across California. My practice is especially supportive for those navigating mood disorders, high-functioning anxiety or depression, life role transitions, or the emotional weight of caregiving. Together, we’ll clarify what matters most to you and build a path toward sustainable change.
I offer virtual therapy and accept private pay and Medi-Cal (LA Care and Gold Coast Health Plan).
Let’s work together.
